Job description, responsibilities and duties

Starting salary starts from 2 500€ according to knowledge and experience.
Implementation of equipment modification, including internal and external acceptance
protocol, considering all internal rules and legislation.
Communication with CIE about process status, active particpation in international
plating competence network.
Collecting and sharing ideas in a global environment.
Leading technical implementation for all new launch activties in plating and painting area, including complete acceptance protocol.
Communication and cooperation with internal and external stakeholder, e.g. ESH,
suppliers, etc.
Working on Improvements of the central maintenance system, ensuring processes are in accordance to internal and external requirements.
Elaboration of projects focused on improvement in the production.
Create and implement roadmap for achieving green plant certificate.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

Academic degree in fields such as Engineering, Chemical Engineering, comparable with Master degree or relevant proffesional experience

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Academic degree in fields such as Engineering,
Chemical Engineering, comparable with Master degree or relevant proffesional experience.
5-7 years of experience in the field surface treatment area,
Automotive environment experience is an advantage.
Growth mindset.
Experience in projects, high change management & communication skills.

Experience with implementing of tools/methods/processes.
Advanced English skills & global mindset.
Team- player, experience with building up leading a team.
