Job description, responsibilities and duties

> You will develop new tire lines for European & American markets.
> Product development is organized in projects with you as Project Manager working within our department.
> You’ll get requirements from main customer (marketing) and steer development project until product is launched in the market.
> You will implement newly developed products into serial production.
> You’ll monitor performance of existing products and care about quality, timing and costs.
> You’ll coordinate between several functions and locations as central R&D and Marketing in Germany, US and all involved international markets.
> You will design test concepts and test your prototype tires, work with Big Data (Tableau).
> Presentation of new products to specific customers.

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

  • University degree – technical background (mechanical, industrial, mathematics..)
  • Good English, German is only welcome
