Job description, responsibilities and duties

Ensure the implementation the selection procedure from internal and external sources
Ensure the filling of vacant positions
Publish advertisements for the filled positions on the job portals, internet and social media
Administration of the recruitment tracking system
Communication with managers of filling the vacant positions
Creation of ePR (Electronic Personnel Requisition)
Personnel administration
Organizing job fairs and events at universities
Support of training coordination

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

University degree (Field of study: Psychology, Sociology or Humanistic studies)
Experience with sourcing and recruitment
Organizational and process related skills
Effective communication skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft apllications (MS Office)
Fluent level of English language
