Job description, responsibilities and duties

The phases of the 24-months trainee program:

> Home Plant Stay: In the first 8 months you will gain experience in your home plant, working on various controlling projects and tasks.
> International Assignment (central): During the next 6 months you can expand your skills working on topics in multi-cultural business teams at Continental’s Central Controlling Department in Hannover, Germany. During this stay you will work on challenging individual assignments and group assignment together with other Trainees.
> Plant Stay (abroad): In the final phase you will have the chance to deepen your international experience and learning on-the job in a plant stay abroad.

> The program begins September, 1st 2019. After the 24-month program it is foreseen that you go on another international assignment for 2 years to work abroad in a plant and broaden your network within the company.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Finance, accounting, corporate management or similar qualification.

Personality requirements and skills

> Above-average university degree in business administration with majors in finance, accounting, corporate management or similar qualification.
> Relevant internships in finance and accounting (ideally abroad).
> Fluent in English
> Eager to work in a multicultural environment.
> Project experience desired.
> Open-minded, responsible and self-driven team player with unrestricted international mobility.
> Eagerness for high performance and passion for the automotive industry.
> Assertiveness in an enterprising environment.
> High willingness to work abroad.
