Job description, responsibilities and duties

> Development of new VAN tires based on global requirement books to meet market expectations
> Know how generation for tire performance especially under VAN service conditions
> Leading of new product and technology development projects
> Development and adaption of OE VAN tires for different OEM customers (Mercedes, Ford, VW)
> Cooperation with production plants, customers and testing to find technical solutions
> Optimization of our design rules and specifications to meet global market quality / performance expectations
> Optimization of vehicle dynamic performance for a specific car model

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

> Technical University degree – best in Mechanical Engineering or Natural science
> Solid technical understanding required
> Fluent English language
> Ideal candidate is able to racionally think ad work under pressure and handle stress
> Flexible, customer and quality oriented
> Excellent communication and social networking skills
> Willing to grow and travel
> Quick at grasping matter, analytical thinking and the ability to convince others
