Job description, responsibilities and duties

> Development of the tire lines for Private and Second Line Brands, with a focus on the end customer and preparing for introduction to market
> Responsibility for products in a project management from initial development right through until after market introduction
> Responsibility for already running product lines, further product line development, monitoring of performance and ongoing development
> Highlighting, addressing and implementing quality measures within tire lines
> Tire testing and evaluation
> Documentation and presentation of new products
> Launch of the new products in the market
> Project membership and leadership between Continental Departments worldwide
> Close interfacing with manufacturing plants internationally
> Close cooperation with other departments within R&D worldwide
> Multitasking management of projects, line tasks and planning of department activities.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Driving licence

B

Personality requirements and skills

> University degree, technical field (e.g. scientific, mechanical engineering)
> Project management or leadership experience is appreciated
> English language proficiency necessary (Reading, writing and speaking)
> Dedicated, conscientious, flexible thinker with Initiative
> Strong communication and sociable networking skills
