Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Ensure the implementation the selection procedure from internal and external sources• Ensure the filling of vacant positions
• Publish advertisements for the filled positions on the job portals, internet and social media
• Administration of the recruitment tracking system
• Communication with managers of filling the vacant positions
• Creation of ePR (Electronic Personnel Requisition)
• Personnel administration
• Organizing job fairs and events at universities
• Support of training coordination
