Job description, responsibilities and duties

> Development of Replacement VAN tires based on global requirement books to meet market expectations
> Know how development of tire performance especially under VAN service conditions
> Leading of product and technology development projects
> Development and adaption of OE VAN tires for different OEM customers (Mercedes, Ford, VW)
> Cooperation with plant, customer, testing and other service departments to find technical solutions for these requirements
> Optimization of our design rules and specifications to meet global market quality / performance expectations
> Optimization of vehicle dynamic performance and other requirements for a specific car model.

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

> University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Natural science
> Solid technical understanding required
> Fluent English language and basic German language skills
> Ideal candidate is able to racionally think ad work under pressure and handle stress
> Flexible, customer and quality oriented
> Excellent communication and social networking skills
> Willing to grow and travel
> Quick at grasping matter, analytical thinking and the ability to convince others
> Work experience in tire development, testing or/and production desirable
