Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Coordination of investment planning activities
- Responsible for tracking investment project spendings (SAP)
- Monitoring of monthly / quarterly / annual spending targets in terms of the yearly forecast
- Monitoring of key investment projects in terms of the overall budget of the project
- Responsible for preparation, creation and monitoring of all Capital Request
- RICP (Rolling Investment Capacity Planning) - responsible for preparation of documents for long-term investment planning
- Managing projects and organizing a quarterly meeting
- Provides support for central Maintain Me projects (maintenance projects)
- Provides support for financial planning and maintenance cost reporting
- Provides support for project management
