Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • CR (Capital Request) - key user and system administration
  • Responsible for preparation, creation and monitoring of all CRs
  • Responsible for time management of all CRs
  • RICP (Rolling Investment Capacity Planning) - responsible for preparation of documents for long-term investment planning
  • Coordination of RICP investment planning activities
  • Monitoring of key investment projects in terms of the overall budget of the project
  • Responsible for tracking investment project spendings (SAP)
  • Monitoring of monthly / quarterly / annual spending targets in terms of the yearly forecast
  • Managing common PLT & CVT projects and organizing a quarterly meeting
  • Provides support for central Maintain Me projects (maintenance projects)
  • Provides support for financial planning and maintenance cost reporting
  • Provides support for project management - PROMPT (project management, Gantt charts)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Personality requirements and skills

  • University degree in business administration with majors in management, economy, finance & controlling or similar qualification. Alernatively technical degree with business focus
  • Project management experience is welcomed
  • MS Excel – advanced
  • Fluent in English
  • Assertiveness, open-minded, responsible and self-driven, team player
