Job description, responsibilities and duties
- CR (Capital Request) - key user and system administration
- Responsible for preparation, creation and monitoring of all CRs
- Responsible for time management of all CRs
- RICP (Rolling Investment Capacity Planning) - responsible for preparation of documents for long-term investment planning
- Coordination of RICP investment planning activities
- Monitoring of key investment projects in terms of the overall budget of the project
- Responsible for tracking investment project spendings (SAP)
- Monitoring of monthly / quarterly / annual spending targets in terms of the yearly forecast
- Managing common PLT & CVT projects and organizing a quarterly meeting
- Provides support for central Maintain Me projects (maintenance projects)
- Provides support for financial planning and maintenance cost reporting
- Provides support for project management - PROMPT (project management, Gantt charts)

Personality requirements and skills
- University degree in business administration with majors in management, economy, finance & controlling or similar qualification. Alernatively technical degree with business focus
- Project management experience is welcomed
- MS Excel – advanced
- Fluent in English
- Assertiveness, open-minded, responsible and self-driven, team player
