Job description, responsibilities and duties
- To analyze the common supply chain components (ICO & External) to confirm capacity and be able to manage and define startegies for HBS Bussiness Unit
- Coordinate all acitivities for ICO engineering, capacity or supply changes to insure develieries and not impact to the production sites when is more than one production site involve.
- Resolve timing conflicts in all phases of launch scheduling.
- Monitor and facilitate ramp up schedules for new products or changes to ensure production start dates are met by supply base when more than one site is involve.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Activities & Practices btw 17 plants for ICO process
- Monitor suppliers on hot list and capacity constrains by results, keeping records and distributing to business partners involved (operating departments, suppliers, customer)
- Respond do enquiries of responsibles (e.g. operating departments, suppliers, customers)
- Claim for results, monitor and report regularly to operating departments, suppliers, customers.
Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Master's degree)
Language skills
English - Advanced (C1)
Personality requirements and skills
- University degree
- PC: MS Office
- Experience at least 2 years in Supply chain management
- Experience with project management is advantage
- English skills: active
- German is advantage
- Independent, communicative, inovative thinking, willingness to travel
- SAP knowledge
