Job description, responsibilities and duties
> Member of Service Center Global Team focused on application support of R&D applications> Provides operation services for Teamcenter based R&D PDM applications, in heterogenous environments (e. g. Linux (RHEL, SLES), Windows)
> Responsible for analyzing and solving incidents and ticket handling according to ITSM processes
> Develops mid¬ and long¬term solutions for problems and implements customer enhacement requests in Java
> Implements (deployment) software updates for R&D PDM applications
> Keeps system documentation up to date
> Clarifies open issues with users and / or application

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

> Several years of experience in PDM
