Job description, responsibilities and duties
1) Design, implementation and development of IT software solutions,2) Creation of technical specification and documentation,
3) Ensure the operation of IT systems according to the agreed service levels with
using ITSM processes such as incident management,demand management,
problem management, etc.
4) Ensure that the IT and business process knowledge/documentation are
maintained.
