Injection Process Engineer or Injection Molding Technician

Our client, the world leader in automotive exterior components, is looking for an Injection Process Engineer or Injection Molding Technician to join their team in Slovakia.

Missions:

As Injection Process Engineer you will:
·Follow all injection tests on the new molds in the supplier plant, in order to get the client's standards and best practices before transferring molds to the plant
·Follow the start-up of all injection machines and robots on site in order to get client's standards and best practices
·Create and implement all injection process parameters and robot program on site during the start-up phase with the project team in order to reach the quality standards
·Prepare the initial samples with the project team for the final customer and the paintline according quality standards and time schedule
·Be the key link with the project team during the start-up phase and along the product life
·Write and validate all working instruction and procedures of injection process to put on the control and insure the stability of production
·Examine the feasibility of all new injection processes and new products and validate all improvements before to start in serial production
·Prepare, plan and follow all the injection tests inside or outside of production time
·Train and inform responsible production people about all modifications of processes
·Cooperate with the maintenance department to define the maintenance standards and procedures
·Propose and implement continuous productivity (scrap, SMED...) and quality improvement actions concerning injection process
·Specification and ordering spare parts needed for IMMs and robots
·To respect internal standards and rules
·To perform and fulfill other activities based on knowledge, experience and manager’s instruction and request

• After the 3 months’ probation all employees will have a 8% monthly bonus according to an agreed personal performance plan with the Manager, historically all employees get this if they pass probation.
• After 12 months this changes to 15% monthly
• After 5 years this changes to 20%
• 13th months salary payment that everyone gets paid split over 2 months in the December & January salary payments.
• €60 xmas present payment to all every year
• €100 new baby present payment to all new mums
• 25 days vacation plus bank holidays
