Worldwide leader within the powder coating business with over 30 years of presence on the market, and production in several Countries and network of dealers in over 13 Countries. Due to fast growing of the request from the market, an exciting position has been currently opened for a self-employed, strong sales leader with deep knowledge of the products ad Czech market.


The Area Sales Manager West Czech Republic, manages powder coating and B2B sales activities in the designated region independently (self-employed) and report to the Export Area Manager responsible for the Macro Region performing the following duties personally to assure maximum potential and sales performance of his/her market. The professional sought, is directly accountable for the successful performance of sales activities, within the established area of responsibility.


• Set and achieve specific target goals for their Region, specifically revenue growth, acquisition of new clients in the B2B market;
• Coordinate sales effort by establishing sales territories and goals and approving sales quotes and contracts for clients;
• Travel throughout assigned region to assist territory sales and solicit orders and develop effective customer relationships;
• Partner with Export Area Manager and his/her colleague responsible for the East part of the Country; Analyze sales statistics to establish priorities, manage performance, and promoting B2B sales;
• Visiting, supporting, engage and keep loyal current portfolio of clients;
• Assess market and product portfolio needs and opportunities through a thorough understanding of customer needs, competitive dynamics and regulatory dynamics. Communicate insight to sales, technical service and research to impact and contribute to strategy development;
• Develop deep understanding of potential markets and define opportunities to participate;
• Assume a leadership role in allocating departmental resources (sales, technical service) aimed towards the successful completion of the goals set forth in the market segment plans;
• Analyze competitors offers, promotion and market strategy;
• Represent company at trade association meetings to promote product;
• Coordinate liaison between sales department and logistic units;
• Analyze and control expenditures of region and districts to conform to budgetary requirements;
• Assist other departments within organization to prepare technical publications;
• Prepare periodic (monthly) sales presentations showing sales volume and potential sales.


• Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university (preferred but not limited to chemistry or production engineering) and 3-5 years of experience in direct field sales of powder coatings. Any combination of education and experience will be considered;
• Demonstrated large scope ability to strategically develop sales plans and opportunities and to lead and motivate clients in growing long term relationship;
• The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of B2B toward new sales channels;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Advanced in office suite (outlook, ppt, excel);
• Fluency level of English, in order to have a business conversation any other language will be welcome.
