Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Plan communication activities including campaigns events from start to finish according to client’s requirements, target audience and objectives
• Prepare tenders and offers related to events organisation
• Coordinate all operations related to communication campaigns and events organisation
• Prepare event’s budgets and ensure adherence
• Supervise event staff (eg local support staff, caterers, etc)
• Design and manage communication plans, event concepts and event scripts, identify service suppliers, negotiate contracts, develop schedules and manage & monitor costs and budget spending
• Manage all other related activities such as selection and reservation of venues, travel & accommodation arrangements for speakers, moderators and participants, manage participants (i.e.; send invitations, manage registrations, on-site management, security provision, compliance with health and safety standards, etc), catering services, develop graphic designs, promotional material and event’s visuals
• Analyse events success, organise customers surveys and prepare reports for clients
• Develop and maintain professional relationship with clients, partners and services suppliers

English - Advanced (C1) and French - Intermediate (B1) and Spanish - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills
• University degree or equivalent of 5 years of professional experience
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience related to project management and/or communication activities and/or organisation of events
• Demonstrated ability to organise and deliver events
• Proven knowledge and understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), marketing and promotion techniques for event management
• Customer service oriented with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English, working knowledge of French or Spanish. Good knowledge of Russian would be an advantage.
