Job Description:

Working as a Customer Helpdesk Specialist with Czech or Hungarian you are responsible for friendly and effective customer technical telephone support for customers with technical questions which are concerning smart phones and different telecommunication devices.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Technical support to customers with smart phones and other telecommunication devices;
  • Problem diagnostics and prompt solving;
  • Be customer oriented, adjust your communication accordingly to customer type and level of knowledge;
  • Be part of the team, keep positive mindset and open communication.
