Job description, responsibilities and duties
You work closely with Sales, Delivery and our customers, helping turn opportunities into successful projects:
- Create and manage proposals, contracts and other documents throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate approvals, contract workflows and signature processes with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Support order intake activities and maintain sales-related information across our systems.
- Ensure that the right information, documents and approvals are in place at every stage of the sales process.

Requirements for the employee
Minimum education required
University education (Bachelor's degree)
Language skills
German - Upper intermediate (B2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Other knowledge
Microsoft Office - Skillful
Personality requirements and skills
- Completed degree (Business Administration) or a related field.
- Initial experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support or a similar environment.
- Confident use of MS Office , ideally first experience with ERP or CRM systems.
- Structured and detail-oriented mindset combined with a strong sense of ownership and quality.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep multiple topics moving simultaneously.
- Very good German and English skills (B2) .
