We are looking for a Passenger Support Specialist with French Language willing to relocate to our beautiful city Szczecin in Poland.

Your daily tasks will include:
• Assisting passengers,
• Supporting them with travel difficulties,
• Providing information via: incoming calls/chat/e-mail on issues related to baggage, ticket reservations and flight rescheduling as well as handling complaints

• Availability to work from our office (Szczecin, Posejdon); we will support you with the relocation and provide a very attractive relocation package!

• Ability to use Windows operating system and MS Office
• Commitment and motivation to work - together we can achieve more!
