As a Support Specialist your role will be:

- work fulltime, 40 hrs/week, from Monday to Friday during standard business hours 9:00 - 18:00
- represent the company, serve as the first point of contact for B2C and B2B customers from French speaking environment and assure they get answers to every question and inquiry
- provide assistance via INBOUND phone/live chat/e-mail to customer requests regarding: account settings, log-in, product licence, adding a new licenced user, billing and invoices and trobleshooting (technical assistance when program features are not running smoothly)
- friendly and professional interaction with customers based on agreed procedures
- participation in team and performance improvement activities (workshops, trainings, coaching, incentives)

Information about the selection process

Training and nesting period take 12 weeks in total.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and French - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Office - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

- Fluent French (C1) and advanced English (B2)
- Be interested in customer support, troubleshooting and getting to the core of any problem
- Friendly personality, be a helpful team player
- Positive attitude, be self-motivated and proactive
- Independent decision maker, able to work in fast paced and customer facing environment
