As a Customer Support Specialist your role will be:

- work fulltime, 40 hrs/week, from Monday to Friday during standard business hours 9:00 - 18:00
- represent the company, serve as the first point of contact for B2C and B2B customers from French speaking environment and assure they get the best product support and service
- provide assistance via INBOUND phone/ e-mail to customer requests regarding: Adobe Photoshop (image editing software), Adobe Illustrator (illustration software), Adobe Acrobat Reader and the Portable Document Format (PDF) and other Adobe products
- demonstrate empathy while maximizing the opportunity to develop a relationship with the customer
- friendly and professional interaction with customers based on agreed procedures
- participation in team and performance improvement activities (workshops, trainings, coaching, incentives)

Information about the selection process

Training and nesting period take 12 weeks in total.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and French - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Office - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

- Fluent French (C1) and advanced English (B2)
- Be interested in troubleshooting technical issues in PC/Software environment on first level
- Technical background and/or work experience
- Friendly personality, be a team player
- Positive attitude, be self-motivated and proactive
- Independent decision maker, able to work in fast paced and customer facing environment
