Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a Technical Support Associate, you will assist customers with resolving technical issues that impact their experience. You will receive requests via the ticketing system (e-mail) and make outbound calls. You will provide problem resolutions to the system administrators by performing a question diagnosis while guiding them through step-by-step solutions. You will provide support by clearly communicating solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner.

• Resolving PC issues by providing solutions to the clients via email and chat
• Providing accurate, valid and complete troubleshooting by applying your skills, experience and technical ability
• Communicating with clients in a professional manner, taking ownership of their cases, and delivering an exceptional experience with every interaction
