• Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call centre agents including distribution of work and attendance monitoring
• Effectively coach direct reports on their performance on a regular basis to ensure performance metrics are achieved
• Identify performance related issues, develop an action plan for improvement
• Set targets and monitor the team’s progress and KPIs
• Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates
• Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated customer calls as needed
• Conduct Team Meetings to ensure expedient communication of relevant information and as an open forum for input
• Schedule and organize team activities
• Stay current on internal work processes, policies and procedures
• Attend required manager development training
• Provide high-quality customer service to our clients with your team
• And last but not least you will inspire, engage, empower and develop your team members

from 1400 EUR gross - the final salary depends on the level of experience and skills

• Czech language fluent OR Hungarian language fluent
• English language fluent
• Experience with managing a team within the customer service industry – IDEAL
• Highly motivated individual with skills to develop, monitor and coach team members
• Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to lead team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines
• Advanced MS Office user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Great analytical and reporting skills
• Flexible and goal-driven
