Your tasks:
• You will look after and advise clients on our clients
• Incoming calls will be handled by you competently in German
• You will answer to our customers questions about invoices, contracts or technical issues
• Maintain basic knowledge of customer products and / or services
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns
• Demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner using agreed upon procedures
• Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
