We are hiring new team members, who will help our German speaking clients with various queries and problems. Our Player Support Agents are supporting the gaming community for the biggest player in gaming industry.

Your typical tasks will be:
- Providing solutions via online chat or email
- Applying your skills, experience and technical ability to ensure customer satisfaction
- Learn and test new products

Information about the selection process

First 4 weeks is the intial training during which you must be available on a full-time mode. But do not worry, it is time well spent, full of gaming and socializing with your future coworkers!

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary without school-leaving examination

Language skills

German - Advanced (C1) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)
