You will be working with global leading brands to provide a holistic view of their performance on social media using various monitoring technologies. Liaising with different teams across the business and using your previous related experience, you will have the business acumen to suggest a tailored social media strategy and the most appropriate solution for a client. You will be able to help brands to understand where the opportunities lie for them on social media and how to better position their business to meet customers’ preferences. A significant part of your role will be delivering valuable analytic reports based on insights gathered from social listening tools.

Key Functional Areas of Responsibility:
- Creating social media solutions for our clients and prospects
- Participating on sales calls with prospects by leading social media presentation
- Presenting project updates to all levels of the company with confidence and clarity
- Evaluating social media tool vendors and researching new/niche technologies in the industry
