Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our company is one of the top outsourcing providers in the world, delivering customer care services and consultancy to a broad range of global brands. We are looking for a new colleague who would like to work in a dynamic, multi-cultural environment and does not back away from challenges. As an Office Manager and Recruitment Specialist, you will help to ensure a smooth operation of our site in Bratislava, and will be involved in bringing new talent to the team.

Your main responsibilities:
- Organizing office operations and procedures, maintaining the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Acting as the first point of contact for vendors, visitors, clients and staff
- Organizing site events (e.g. Christmas party, Volleyball tournament etc.)
- Tracking budget expenses and administering expenditures, e.g. travel, refreshment and postage costs
- Actively searching and contacting candidates from external and internal sources
- Supporting the onboarding process and new hire orientation
- Representing the company at job fairs, social media and other branding activities
- Cooperating with managers to ensure effective hiring process and supporting them with various ad hoc tasks

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

from 1100 EUR brutto (the final salary depends on the level of experience and skills)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

- Excellent communication skills, ability to build relations
- Fluent English both written and spoken is required, German is nice to have
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ownership of tasks and ability to timely follow up
