Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for new team members, who will help our German speaking clients with technical issues.

Your typical tasks will be:
- Resolving PC/Console gaming issues
- Providing solutions via email
- Applying your skills, experience and technical ability to ensure customer satisfaction
- Learn and test new products and processes

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

from 1100 EUR gross - the final salary depends on the level of experience and skills, plus a one-time financial contribution of 600 EUR as a relocation package
