Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Customer Services Representative is responsible for handling client related information inquiries or requests received via telephone and e-mail from client's Customers, Clients, Business Partners and Personnel. Services provided may include, but are not limited to, the following: first point of contact, providing general information, registration support, web navigation assistance, database management. The CSR has knowledge and experience in using a few specialized tools and procedures to address the requester's needs and forward complex matters to the appropriate knowledgeable source. Primary measurement of performance is customer satisfaction with the handling of the requests and provided service.

Operates as first point of contact for all customers covering every query type.
Accurately represents client’s quality image and provides best possible service.
Excels in customer satisfaction through a major focus on "First Access Resolution"- a drive to ensure that our customers receive the right answer, first time from Service Centre, without having to be transferred.
Requires command of written and verbal communication.
