Qualifications:
- Combination of at least two languages from following: Italian and French(B2 level)
- Customer service experience (preferred, but not essential)
- Professionalism and positive attitude towards challenges
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Work as part of a high performing inbound customer services team on behalf of one of our clients;
- Use your language and business communication skills - handle inbound calls, e-mails and chat;
- Pro-actively establish and maintain good customer relationship by handling outbound campaigns;
- Identify and propose the best solutions for each partner’s query and represent the brand;
- Deliver a service that will delight our client and provide a service to remember;
- Maintain professional and ethical working practices at all times, adherence to company procedures.
