- Use your language and business communication skills - handle inbound calls, e-mails and chat;
- Pro-actively establish and maintain good customer relationship by handling outbound campaigns;
- Identify and propose the best solutions for each partner’s query and represent the brand;
- Deliver a service that will delight our client and provide a service to remember;
- Maintain professional and ethical working practices at all times, adherence to company procedures.
