Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Corrections in time management system and creation of users for new employees
• Import and export of reports
• Welcome, assist and direct visitors/ candidates/ new hires to an appropriate staff member
• Maintain the guestbook
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier services and maintain general filing system of correspondence, contacts and deliveries
• Assist in the preparation of the meeting / interview rooms
• Manage distribution of entrance package equipment to new hires
• Assistance in educating employees in the field of personal and company data protection

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Excellent English and Slovak is a must
• Computer-literate (Microsoft Word, Excel a Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills
