Sales Engineer for Hybrids

Sales Engineer is responsible for selling the organization's products as well as to use deep technical understanding to provide technical support within the designated geographic territory and/or customers/distributors.

Your main responsibilities would be:
Find new customers and prospects for all ComAp product lines, maintain, sell, and commercially support existing company customers and clients.
Prepare and regularly review budget plan, sales forecast and performance report for respective countries or customers, compile offers and quotations.
Plan and participate in arranging of promotional activities (such as exhibitions or fairs) as well as cooperate on market analysis with other departments.
Provide technical support and training to customers, become a partner for customers from technical point of view.
Keep and update customer and project information (including visit reports, opportunities, phone calls, service tickets) in the company systems (e.g., CRM).
Work on business related projects and tasks assigned by the manager.
What would you need for this role:
Bachelor's degree (electro-technical engineering is an advantage)
2-3 years of experience on similar position focused on renewables segment (B2B business is an advantage)
Advanced knowledge of Energy management and automation, electrotechnical qualification is an advantage
Ability to negotiate, resolve conflict and motivate, you are a good communicator and customer oriented
To be strong in building relationships with partners, proactive, able to report accurately, and you have excellent presentation skills and strategic thinking
At least some knowledge of legal and commercial understanding, budgeting, and forecasting experiences
Advanced knowledge of MS Office
Proficient level of Czech or Slovak
Proficient level of English
Driving license
You are okay with travelling, which is about 40% (Czech Republic, Slovakia)
