About Cognexa: Since 2016, we’ve been building useful AI solutions in areas such as visual inspection, movement analysis, predictive maintenance or oncology diagnostics . From idea to full-scale deployment and beyond, we help innovators at every step of their AI journey.
Your responsibilities:
- B2B sales, targeted on specified segments of customers
- Mostly outbound sales of solutions and development services, deal size 10-200k
- Limited amount of travelling (depends also on your strategy) and industry events
- Full cycle - you remain in an account manager role even after the closing of the initial deal
- You can count on colleagues taking care of: lead generation, technical analysis/scoping

Requirements:
- Previous experience in B2B sales
- Knowledge of basic concepts in tech/IT (working experience in tech/IT is a plus)
- Persistence and energy in spite of possible failures and customer rejections;
- Mature personality and ability to negotiate;
- Languages: fluent written and spoken English
- Out-of-the box thinking - being able to come-up with alternative solutions;
- High level of personal integrity and open communication;
- Strong business development skills, willingness to learn and sell innovative, non commoditized solutions
- Growth mindset, willingness to continually improve, give and receive feedback
- Driving licence: B
