Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Job - in this senior sales position the scope of your activities will be following:

Active experience with client portfolio management with a focus on retention, cross-sell and up-sell, ideally in the field of finance (leasing, banking, factoring, insurance, etc.)
Create and maintain relationships with clients to better understand and achieve their needs
Cooperation with insurance brokers (brokers)
Participation on international insurance programs managed from the Slovak Republic
Define key risks and propose insurance solutions for our clients
Direct reporting to Commercial Director CZ/SK
Be part of a strong international account management team

The candidate – what we expect from you:

Slovak native speaker and active knowledge of English (minimum level B2)
Min. 2 years of successful account management and sales experience in B2B segment
Ability to appropriately identify the needs of current clients in order to aid them in their success using our products
Ability to identify and implement new business opportunities
Orientation in financial statements
Business drive, ability to negotiate successfully, result oriented approach, can-do attitude
Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
Willingness and ability to travel - driving license B (active driver) – often business trips in Slovakia
