Trainee Program includes:
• Orientation and Induction week
• Job experience focused on Commercial departments through several rotations within departments (Field Sales, Marketing, Key account customers)
• Set of professional trainings
• Active involvement in projects
• Shadowing experienced Managers including presence at management meetings
