Quality manager - Zastupovanie počas MD

- responsibility for setting up, implementing and effective maintaining of integrated management system and its compliance with the requirements of the currently valid standards IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
- managing of quality department (incoming inspection, quality management system, customer quality, supplier quality, process quality)
- implementation of quality tools to ensure and sustain the quality of prosesses
- communication with customers and suppliers in quality relalted issues
- responsibility for internal and external audits
- fulfillment of the quality goals and related KPI´s
- responsible person for maintaining of QMS and EMS integration in case of their changes
- preparing Management review and submitting reports to top management regarding status of QMS and EMS including on-going concepts for improvement, and investigating any need for improvements
- increasing employee awareness of IATF 16949 needs and ISO 14001 needs
- audit of activities related to QMS and EMS documentation revision
- cooperation with R&D in the headquarter
- reporting to local and international management
- cost controll in accordance with the approved department budget for the current year
- responsilility for realization and keeping of all related safety, quality and environmental regulations and rules in the department
