Position: Senior Sales representative
Apparel and Performance Materials division
Country: Czech Republic or Slovakia
(100% remote & business travels)
Report to: Sales Manager
Job requirements
• Managing and developing existing customer portfolio in the country.
• Identify new opportunities to sustain business growth in the defined territory .
• Identify and coordinate industry tenders in the market from key stakeholders
• Growth with customers in priority segments projected to grow ahead of the market and growing share of wallet (SOW) is a priority focus
• Lead the coordination and development efforts across multiple EMEA countries for brands headquartered in France, ensuring cohesive and strategic management of these accounts.
• Facilitate seminars to brands HQ, designers, etc.
• Monitor major competitors on the market and provide market intelligence.
• Understand customer needs and provide the right value proposition.
• Manage your weekly planning of your business appointments & meetings (customers & prospects)
• Handle complaints regarding quality
• Liaise with business partner departments ( finance, quality, production supply chain, product team , customer service, innovation etc)
• Develop and establish contacts with potential prospects using digital and direct communication channels
• Contribute to the demand planning process ( monthly) and be accountable for ongoing improvements in forecast accuracy
• Reporting activities and opportunities on weekly basis using CRM tool.

Employee perks, benefits
The monthly gross salary varies based on prior experience and skills, ranging from 59,778.47 CZK to 73,062.57 CZK (2360.74 EUR – 2885.35 EUR).
