This is a huge chance to take over the financial agendas of the successful CNS group including our flagship Connecting Software ( https://www.connecting-software.com ), with offices in 4 countries and customers worldwide in the growing field of software integration products, services and consulting. You will start by taking over the team lead of the finance team of 2-3 bookkeepers and within approximately 1-2 year taking over more and more responsibilities of the current CFO until taking over this position. This is a great opportunity to become the Finance Manager of an awesome company, with amazing people and extraordinary products.

You are very welcome to contribute with your own spirit and ideas in these topics:
- in coordination with the owners and managing directors you will setup the system of controlling, cost planning and KPI analysis
- complex bookkeeping for the companies of the CNS group in 4 countries (SK, AT, US and PT)
- personal agenda, wages and HR
- responsibility for incoming and outgoing invoicing of licenses, subscriptions and products
- setup of reports
- control and submitting of tax statements
- support for the bookkeepers
- self responsible communication with creditors and debitors
- self responsible communication with public authorities
