Job description, responsibilities and duties
Currently, we are looking for a Junior Sales Manager for our German speaking markets.
Your tasks:
• Identify potential new customers
• Take care of existing accounts, regularly visits of customer premisses
• Research for decision makers and their contact details, build relationships with them and uphold activity levels
• Schedule 'discovery' meetings and organize next steps with potential new clients
• Build good and long-term relationships with potential new customers
• Take full responsibility for the whole sales process - from the first contact until the signing of a contract, while supported by our team of experts
• Visit trade shows and events and travel to potential new clients to present our services to them
• Report directly to CN Group Sales Director

Language skills
German - Advanced (C1) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
• You have successfully finished your Bachelor’s/ Master´s degree
• You have up to 2 years of experience in Sales, Account Management or Customer Service in selling services
• High affinity to IT domain
• You speak German on a native level and are fluent in English since it is our company language
• Good communicator and able to enthuse others with your positive attitude
• You think in solutions instead of problems and have a real ‘can do’ mentality
• You are a „hunter“ and like to communicate with others
• You embrace change and have a self-starter mentality
• Team player mentality is a must
• You like to travel
• You have up to 2 years of experience in Sales, Account Management or Customer Service in selling services
