Imagine you are at the very beginning of systems and applications that make life easier for thousands of users. You manage problems with insight and can always playfully guide your team to the right solution.
What is your task as a Scrum Master in CN Group?
•You are responsible for moderating all Scrum ceremonies with the team.
•Your main goal is to keep the wheels of the project turning, focusing on agile coaching the team members.
•You help to resolve even the smallest issues on the project.
•You monitor the daily communication, proactivity and ease of cooperation in team.
What we need from you?
•Agile mindset and Empathy.
•You are motivator and facilitator.
•Great spirit and willingness to learn.
•Very good English – you will be in a daily contact with our customers abroad.
•Wiligness to travel abroad (app. 3 times per year).
Nice to have:
•Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps and similar tools.
•LeSS or SAFe experience
•IT experience (you understand the technical discussions and the development process)
