Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Point of contact for employees
• Work contracts, amendments and terminations preparation
• Administration of HR system/internal files and reports, announcements
• Preparation of onboarding documentation for new hires
• Trainings – internal, external, language courses
• Health and safety, medical checks
• Support HR manager in various HR ad-hoc tasks as needed
• Support other HR team members in ad hoc tasks (e.g. events, organizing team buildings etc.)
• Organization of company events in the branch
• Organization of breakfast in the branch
• Onboarding and offboarding of employees, related paperwork
