Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Administrative support for managing partner and other lawyers (including meeting organisation, correspondence, etc.)
• Translation in and from English or German
• Supporting central business development and marketing team (including preparing presentations and organisation of client events, updating marketing databases)
• Office management support (organising office procedures, communication with central IT, BD and marketing team)
• File administration, preparation of reports
