About the role:
Our Finance Team is growing together with the company. We are looking for a Financial Analyst who will be working closely with our Finance Director, CEO, and our investors to help make right business decisions.

What you’ll work on:

Being a part of a fast-pacing scale-up environment and playing a crucial role in the Finance Team;
Being 'a bridge' between business and finance: reporting and presenting the data directly to investors, supporting them;
Responsible for setting up and optimizing processes related to regular reporting activities;
Participating on Cash flow planning and reporting of actual Cash flow and analyzing deviations;
Responsible for regular reviews of actual P&L results and comparison analysis to budgeted P&L values, preparation of reports for heads of departments;
Analyzing commercial data such as budgets, sales results, forecasts, margin analysis etc.;
Responsible for ad-hoc analyses based on requirements from Finance team, Management and Investors;
Cooperating with the Finance team and other teams in order to be able to extract relevant data and automate reporting processes.

What we are looking for:

At least 1 year experience working within a similar role in the SaaS industry;
Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis;
Excellent knowledge of Google sheets or MS Excel;
Someone proactive who takes initiatives and is eager to help improve and scale up Finance processes;
Knowledge of basic accounting standards and Financial statements structure;
Great presentation skills are a big advantage.
