CloudTalk is growing fast, we went from 30 to 170 people in the last 12 months and plan to continue this growth into 2022! Thus, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our TA team of 9 with a focus on Sales roles!

- Recruit/Headhunt for sales/business development positions globally
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and provide an excellent candidate experience through all touch-points of our hiring process
- Support, consult, and advise the hiring managers at CloudTalk
- Clearly articulate and demonstrate our employee value proposition (EVP), creating excitement and enthusiasm among candidates
- Collaborate with the entire People Team on ongoing improvement of our recruitment processes, employer branding, candidate experience & onboarding
