Are you a people person with a candidate-centric attitude? Is LinkedIn your favorite social media? Do you like market research and have an eye for detail? If you answered yes to at least one of the questions you might as well be our next Talent Sourcer. Come join our TA team of 9!

We are looking for a driven individual to focus on roles critical to our Sales department. You will play a pivotal part in helping us scale up our sales teams across the globe, contributing to our business growth!

What you'll work on:

- Source, identify, and interact with potential candidates via social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, etc)
- Send outreach messages to desired candidates
- Closely collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists in determining - position requirements, sourcing strategies, and priorities
- Create talent pools for future hiring needs
- Work with data in Google Spreadsheet, analyze reply rates and other statistics
- Request referrals from current CloudTalk employees and external networks
- Contribute to promoting our employer brand on online and offline platforms
- Maintain applicant databases through our Applicant Tracking System
- Report weekly activities and candidate conversion rates

What we are looking for:

- Curious and creative
- Hungry to learn about most modern trends/techniques in talent sourcing
- Results-driven and numbers-oriented
- Excellent attention to detail
- Intermediate knowledge of excel or Google sheets (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.)
- Previous experience in Talent Sourcing or Full-cycle Recruitment is a plus
- Fluent in English (other languages are a big plus!)
