We are building a world-class product and an international & diverse team of CloudTalk-ers focusing on 5 core values: customer focus, innovation, growth, human touch, and teamwork!
We are in the process of moving to a modern co-working space at Jurkovičova Tepláreň in Bratislava and are searching for someone to take over our People Operations agenda there.
What you'll work on:
- Processing new hires, promotions, terminations, and other job changes in HR systems BambooHR and Officevibe
- Providing support to the new hires and assisting with their contract or employment related questions
- Communicating with payroll providers regarding registration of our employees for health and social contributions
- Providing consistent support to our colleagues, answering employee and manager questions about people initiatives, policies, benefits, and any other people-related topics
- Collaborating across teams to help develop and ensure the success of all People team initiatives and projects
- Preparing regular and ad hoc reports by extracting data from HR systems
- Communicating with legal and immigration advisors and assisting our employees with immigration/visa related processes
- Taking part in employee happiness projects and initiatives
- Observing and implementing improvements relating to People Team processes
- Taking care of Internal wiki and knowledge base updates
Who will succeed in this role:
- 2 years experience with HR operations in an international environment
- Fluent in English and Slovak
- Close attention to detail
- Integrity when dealing with sensitive & confidential information
- Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize requests
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in a tech start-up or related field is a plus
- Genuine happiness in helping people :)
