- Full Time / Contract
- Offices in Malaga, Bratislava and Prague
- 100 % Remote anywhere from Europe

You don't need any prior experience or knowledge to succeed in this role. All we are looking for in the right candidate is an ability to handle precise and meticulous work with attention to detail. Also, English language is key, Slovak or Czech is not a necessity. We are happy to teach you all the rest.
What you'll work on:
- Handle daily number provisions and number porting requests from customers.
- Ensure customers are compliant with local country regulations.
- Understand customers’ need and be able to recommend the best alternative solution when they do not meet requirements for a specific number type.
- Maintain internal knowledge with up to date information about coverage/prices/requirements of global numbers.
- Assist support, sales, and CSM teams in compiling information about provisioning for prospects and large accounts.
- Communicate and report issues with numbers to L2 or carriers.
- Process management in phone numbers porting.
- Handle administrative tasks and ensure accuracy of data.
- Participate in communication and onboarding meetings regarding the clients' usage of phone numbers.
