We’re thrilled to announce that we have raised $7.3M in Series A funding! This Series A round is led by henQ VC (Mews, Sendcloud) and joined by Point Nine Capital (Zendesk, Revolut) adding to our $1.6M Seed investment from Presto Ventures in 2019.
What you will work on:
- Install software, maintain and introduce training as needed
- Maintain and secure passwords, file system security and data integrity for desktop environment
- Manage employee access levels
- Support employee onboarding by setting up accounts and workstations
- Manage entire purchase of inventory related to hardware, software and other IT supplies
- Keep track of assigned hardware and own the handover process
- Support both local and remote employees with hardware/software related issues
- Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
What do we expect of you:
- Basic technical knowledge, OS X & Windows Operating systems
- Passion for Tech industry
- Willingness to learn but also bring new ideas to the table
