Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Work according to the innovation strategy, able to suggest ideas for improvement within own category. Is aware of the Cloetta strategy and category strategy.
• Understand the purpose of quantitative and qualitative consumer research, and understand marketing requests based on consumer insights, as input in development projects. Applies these insights in Cloetta solutions.
• Deliver all agreed local NPD and international category projects and help improve the project briefing. Understands commercial value and priority.
• Propose new product ideas and investigate the business potential of these innovative ideas.
• Search for relevant technological, (recipe&ingredient OR packaging) trends and evaluate the applicability of Cloetta products. Sharing insights and knowledge within the team.
• Establish an internal and external network and proactively use contacts to support Cloetta projects.
